摘要: Abstract A calorimeter was designed and constructed for the specific purpose of determining amount ice in biological tissues as a continuous function subfreezing temperature. Other methods acquiring this information are discussed. Analysis data permits separation latent heat fusion from change specimen with thawing or freezing. Preliminary results shown, compared salt solution known thermal behavior.
