摘要: Different agricultural wastes, namely tobacco stalk (TS), cotton (CS), sunflower (SS), and wheat straw (WS), were used for the production of xylooligosaccharide (XO). XO was performed by acid hydrolysis xylan, which obtained alkali extraction from these wastes. The major component wastes determined as cellulose (30-42%), followed xylan (20%) lignin (20-27%). Xylans had mainly xylose (85-96%) with small amount glucose, while contained also arabinose. best conversion into XOs achieved 0.25M H(2)SO(4) 30-min reaction time. Under conditions, yield between 8% 13%. depends on both concentration time, but monosaccharide structure composition besides more branched WSX, gave highest ( approximately 16%) furfural 49mg/100g xylan) yield. This research showed that all xylans selected generated similar profiles, oligosaccharides could be functional food ingredients or soluble substrates xylanases.
