摘要: Protein synthesis was assessed in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) hearts perfused with medium containing 3H phenylalanine. Isolated from fish acclimated to 5° and 15°C were used as the model system, at variable test temperatures pH. expressed nmol PHE mg protein−1 h−1 two fold higher tested extracellular pH 7.6 than 5°C 8.0. The prime determinant of decreased rate protein thermal history. Fish had lower levels RNA held 15°C. There a direct linear relationship between content. activity (nmol μg RNA−1 remained constant regardless history or perfusion condition. Elevated resulted only marginal decrease synthesis. Test temperature no effect on vitro rates
