摘要: Abstract Triggering with de Quervain's stenosing tenosynovitis has rarely been mentioned since original description. Either or both the abductor pollicis longus and extensor brevis tendons may be responsible. Without detailed examination testing specifically for triggering, entity overlooked. We have encountered nine patients triggering in first dorsal compartment. The five surgical release had complete resolution of symptoms; four treated nonoperatively improved but still symtoms. represent a more severe form tendovaginitis.
