摘要: Abstract Any analysis of the current energy world scenario draws on combination efficiency improvement and use renewable-type energies. The industrial renewable energies is not still well established as they present several problems that generate insecurity in this sector. Some resources work intermittently (like sun or wind) provide is, often, low intensity. Solar thermal technology has been successfully introduced domestic applications buildings. Many processes temperature intervals where solar would be able to supply an important amount total input at acceptable price. Based mathematical modeling, evaluates viability integrating a system conventional structure dairy plant Atlantic side Spain. Pinch methodology used develop integration subsystem installation plant. In order determine potential energy, hypotheses scenarios were analyzed, based real cases productive process. As result, it could stated for studied process, operating middle temperatures, was considerable, must taken into account option.
