摘要: Abstract This paper analyses the energy and economic performance of roof and/or facades Building Integrated flat-plate PhotoVoltaic Thermal (BIPVT) collectors for residential applications. Aim analysis is to assess active passive effects due building integration solar technologies on consumptions. In particular, a comparison among innovative building-plant system configurations, based BIPVT simultaneous production electricity, thermal energy, domestic hot water, carried out. The simulation models proposed layouts are designed implemented in TRNSYS environment dynamic assessment their performance. By means developed model, occurring summer winter PVT also analysed. Several case studies by modelling representative multi-storey taking into account different European climates. For such suitable parametric performed varying resistances capacitances envelope. results interesting design feasibility guidelines obtained. weather location configuration, adoption panels produces decrease primary demands from 67% 89%. both season assessed all investigated climate zones. calculated profitability resulted slightly better than facade studies, pay back periods appear quite long, 11 years South zones 20 North ones.
