摘要: Glutamine, the most abundant free amino acid in humans (Curi et al., 2007 [1]), has many functions. In addition to protein, acid, and nucleic biosynthesis, glutamine also regulates expression of genes related metabolism, cell defense, signal transduction [1]; Brasse-Lagnel 2009 [2]). Glutamine is one major forms nitrogen rice (Fukumorita Chino, 1982 [3]). metabolic nutritional effects, may function as a signaling molecule regulate gene plants. To this end, we used microarray analysis identify that are rapidly induced by 2.5 mM roots. The results revealed at least 35 involved transport, transduction, stress responses within 30 min (Kan 2015 [4]). Here, provide details experimental procedure associated with our data deposited NCBI's Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO ID: GSE56770).
