摘要: A.E. Pratt, a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, travelled from China to Tibet in 1887, taking his family with him upto certain distance. He wrote an account travels after he returned Europe. This work made no pretensions be other than straightforward and unvarnished then little-known Tibet. Travelling along Yangtse its gorges, way Ichang; thence Chang Sin Tan rapids. His account, written form diary, gives important information on flora birds reptiles collected two journeys that back-to-back.
