摘要: Summary A lactic acid bacterial strain, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. tolerans F2, isolated from the intestine of Ramnogaster arcuata, was evaluated as a growth promoter in juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum, 1972) farming. In addition, safety strain assessed according to FAO recommendations. Strain F2 susceptible most antibiotics tested and no evidence hemolytic activity found. When administered with food, adverse effects on health were observed fish biomass increased 12% more treatment group than control group. Significant differences detected specific rate feed conversion ratio. receiving F2-supplemented feed, quantitative microbial composition feces respect observed. An important decrease fungi enterobacteria group, coincident an increase bacteria. This result would indicate change intestinal microbiota treated putative probiotic. These results suggest that has application potential improve performance
