摘要: With continuous development of optical coherence tomography (OCT) devices and analysis software as well an increasing number quantitative OCT studies, there is obvious need for standardized reporting recommendations. The Advised Protocol Study Terminology Elements (APOSTEL) recommendations were developed by a panel experienced researchers in order to harmonize improve the quality studies. They include 9-point checklist relevant aspects studies covering areas study protocol, acquisition device, settings, scanning fundoscopic imaging, post-acquisition data selection analysis, recommended nomenclature, statistical analysis. help completeness generalizability interpretability line with existing standards research other biomedical areas.
