The second rate 2000-2002 Italy, whose rates remained around 1.1/100,000 between 1970 1994, to 1.4 thereafter. Germany Poland, rose from 0.8-1.0/100,000 1.7-1.9 during last decade. Major rises over recent years observed France (from 0.8/100,000 1985-1989 2.2 2000-2003) Spain 0.8 1.7 2000-2004). Thus, showed both 3 decades largest rise 2 decades. Since give relevant information likely future middle age, female epidemic is expand southern Europe current 5.0/100,000 7.7 approach 20/100,000 within next 2-3 Urgent interventions smoking cessation are required.
