摘要: Surgery for patients with lung cancer diminishes their functions, due to removal of lobes. Therefore, thoracic surgeons have consider postoperative function patients. In this review, we explained recent approaches estimation by spirometrical and also pulmonary circulatory measurement values. The most common simple way estimate conditions who undergo resections is calculated numbers segments that are removed surgery. However, these methods not so accurate when the chronic obstructive disease. Another method estimating using right heart catheterization a unilateral arterial occlusion (UPAO) test. Applying method, surgery related deaths been decreased. Since, UPAO test mimics state occluding artery prior surgery, it supposed be very accurate. Recently, novel reserve functions was developed. Using failures can anticipated resections. explain kinds prevent impairment quality life.
