STRUCTURAL, DIELECTRIC AND TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF (PbSm)(ZrTi)O3 CERAMICS

摘要: The solid solutions of Pb1-xSmx(Zr0.50Ti0.50)1-x/4O3 (PSZT), x = 0.00, 0.03, 0.06 and 0.09 were prepared by a mixed oxide method at high temperature (sintering 1200°C). Preliminary X-ray structural analysis suggests the formation single-phase compounds room in tetragonal crystal system. microstructural SEM shows that grains materials are almost spherical also uniformly distributed over surface. Detailed studies dielectric properties (e, tanδ σ) wide range (30–500°C) different frequencies (103–106 Hz) reveal have transition temperatures well above temperature. diffusivity peaks these provides values between 1 2, where higher indicate great disorder dependence ac conductivity value activation energy regions suggest conduction process is type (i.e. singly ionized ferroelectric region doubly paraelectric phase).
