摘要: A gasket seal comprises a hollow metallic annular member with interior filled thermally expanding material and exterior surface thereof lined resilient layer of sealing material; wherein the contact pressure between surfaces sealed by seal, that is imposed fastening employed in joining surfaces, provides under normal conditions, while additional exerted thermal expansion contained as result an elevated temperature case fire.
