摘要: Superoxide is known to cause vascular damage and can consume protective NO that maintains a low pulmonary pressure. There evidence suggesting hypoxia upregulates NADH/NADPH oxidase xanthine in the smooth muscle endothelial cells of artery, increasing superoxide production. dismutase (SOD) widely distributed vasculature, destroying superoxide, however, role SOD hypoxic vasoconstriction unknown.1 Therefore, effect endogenous inhibition generation on was investigated.
