摘要: Powder of not more than 1 μm in mean particle diameter is prepared to contain a mixture superconducting phases mainly composed 2212 Bi—Sr—Ca—Cu or (Bi, Pb)—Sr—Ca—Cu and non-superconducting which obtained by calcining pulverizing raw material powder at least once, this heat treated high temperature thereafter coated with metal prepare round wire deformation processing, tape type flat then the under conditions for allowing phase transformation main 2223 facilitation grain growth, as-formed are highly densified processing pressurization, again so that strongly bonded each other finely dispersed. Thus, bismuth oxide having critical current density obtained.
