摘要: In an era of domestic and economic reform wherein deregulation/privatisation becomes a priority, short shift has too often been given to evaluative analyses business activities. Evaluative monitoring oversight are especially needful in highly competitive international environments, where the temptations very strong adjudge individual effectiveness by sole criterion bottom line. But what additional or alternative criteria should be administered, whom, is less clear. That any but most vague Judeo-Christian secular ethical standards applicable (e.g. notions fairness) widely contested.
