摘要: Quantitative magnetic resonance imaging can be combined with advanced biophysical models to measure microstructural features of white matter. Non-invasive has the potential revolutionize neuroscience, and acquiring these measures in clinically feasible times would greatly improve patient monitoring clinical studies drug efficacy. However, a good understanding techniques is essential set realistic expectations prevent over-interpretation results. This review explains methodology behind modeling imaging, gives an overview breakthroughs challenges associated it.
