摘要: Abstract The hearts o′ three cases of congestive heart failure with dilated left ventricles developing in patients symptomatic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) were morphologically investigated. results showed that disproportionate hypertrophy and dilatation the ventricles, accompanied by massive fibrosis myocardial disarray, present patients. mean percent area ventricle was 34.7% 47.4% at upper third lower levels, respectively, much more frequently associated disarray (84.4 ± 12.3%). Moreover, most extensive lateral wall ventricle, followed posterior, anterior, interventricular walls. also diffuse regardless subendocardial or subepicardial region heart. findings study suggest this particular series HCM might be responsible for mechanism leading to ventricle.
