摘要: Sediment anoxia generally results from intense organic enrichment and is a limiting factor in the restoration of vegetation eutrophic waters. To investigate effect sediment on typical pollution-tolerant submerged macrophyte species, Hydrilla verticillata, acclimation mechanisms plant, gradient was simulated with additions sucrose to sediment, which can stimulate increased concentrations total nitrogen, NH4 + Fe pore water. H. verticillata growth significantly affected by highly anoxic conditions, as indicated reduced biomass 0.5 1 % treatments. However, slight (0.1 % addition) promoted growth, shoot 22.64 % higher than control. In addition morphologic alterations, showed physiological acclimations anoxia, including anaerobic respiration changes carbon nitrogen metabolism roots. The soluble protein carbohydrate contents roots treatment were both compared those increase alcohol dehydrogenase activity pyruvate content suggested that has well-developed capacity for fermentation. This study suggests sediments inhibit species degree tolerance conditions. Further situ investigations should be conducted interactions between conditions macrophytes comprehensively evaluate roles
