摘要: When waste activated sludge is dewatered for disposal by combustion, the final product concentration of utmost importance. Tests carried out using a new slow-speed, co-current flow solid bowl conveyor centrifuge showed that cake solids concentrations 18-23% total could be achieved on feed polymers. With fine coal addition, 25-37% were obtained with 0.1-0.3 kg coal/kg solids. Depending operating exhaust temperatures furnace, autogenous conditions can produced additions 0.05-0.2 sludge. Fine addition to centrifuges produces much better than ash or vacuum filters filter presses.
