Health Information Systems for Large Communities

摘要: Structure, organization and function of a health information system (HIS) depend upon the care system(s) to be serviced. Since general model HIS in large communities does not exist, let me present solution which has been chosen for Kiel. The presentation will restricted Kiel University Hospital (KIEL KIS) (5, 7, 13) that Association Local Sick Funds Schleswig-Holstein, named ADOSH (4). They are main parts local interactive (4, 8, 9, 19). However, it extends over larger part country.
