Lebenswelt) has been an undertheorized concept within interdisciplinary marine research. Through a two-stage analysis, we critically engage with philosophical foundations, heuristic value methodological versatility that interpretivist stands to offer, drawing from contemporary With two illustrative case studies exploring lived realities vastly different waterworlds rural Uzbekistan Sri Lanka, further strengths limitations integrating lifeworlds analysis into work on localized perceptions.
