摘要: In this work we studied medicinal plants used such as anti-inflammatory agents in skin diseases both Chinese traditional medicine and other folk medicines. The species studies were Schinus molle, Lysimachia foenum-graecum, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, Forsythia suspensa Isodon xerophilus. In all the cases, plant materials extracted with adequate solvents fractioned of increased polarity. All fractions subjected to an analytical study, more representative them a pharmacological study. From active principal compounds present isolated identified. Different experimental protocols acute chronic inflammation mouse ear oedemas induced by 12-O-tetradecanoilforbol 13-acetate de (TPA), paw oedema carrageenan phospholipase A2 (PLA2). Moreover, cytotoxicity, inhibition nitrite production, leukotriene B4 production peptidic mediator different cells, well antioxidant activity, tested. The most relevant results were: a) isolation identification two triterpenes biflavanone from dichloromethane extract molle study their activity; b) five new saponins foenum-graecum cytotoxicity production; c) determination activity extracts erythrorhizon principles species; d) and, e) fourteen diterpenoids xerophilus on TNF- production.
