摘要: Abstract Molten salt synthesis (MSS), due to the high reactivity of salts, small diffusion distance and mobility species in molten salt, can not only reduce temperature but also shorten reaction time. Herein, MSS method was employed synthesize δ-CaCr2O4 powder by using CaO, Cr2O3 as raw materials CaCl2 which has a solubility CaO salt. The influence time investigated with platelet morphology obtained after for 2 h at 900 °C. Pure rod-like β-CaCr2O4 further prepared simply annealing as-synthesized argon atmosphere 3 h 1100 °C. magnetization its corresponding reciprocal susceptibility samples measured calculated, indicated paramagnetic arrangement an antiferromagnetic during test range 2–250 K, respectively.
