摘要: This article describes the results of an analysis assimilation ergonomic knowledge by nonergonomists during participatory ergonomics projects whose aim is prevention work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). In two plants producing electrical consumer products and telecommunications equipment, groups were established trained. The analyzed seven working situations resulting in 50 implemented proposals. A reduction WMSD risk factors was observed. their members based on sources: groups' sessions, independent interviews group members. show that master most phases formalized analysis. revealed several influence transfer: prior training organizational status members, didactic method used, company culture, support management, attitudes coworkers. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
