摘要: Pesticides are considered as the most polluting substances. The residue of pesticides in agricultural crops, especially greenhouse harvests, has been reported critical. Cucumber, a vegetable, is an product which commonly found Iranian food basket. current study aims to assess level diazinon and oxydemeton-methyl existing cucumbers sampled from Kerman greenhouses. pesticide was extracted by acetone dichloromethane. extracts were cleaned up according solid-phase extraction method. residues then determined capillary gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus detection. recoveries 83 85 %, limit detection 0.028 0.034 mg/kg, limits qualification 0.093 0.113 mg/kg for cucumber samples, respectively. median detected 0.582 11.64 times national maximum (MRL) (0.05 mg/kg), 1.910 being 1.91 MRL (1 mg/kg).
