摘要: INTRODUCTION The Partners Clinical Process Improvement Leadership Program provides quality improvement training for clinicians and administrators, utilizing graduates as volunteer peer coaches mentorship. We sought to understand the factors associated with coach participation gain insight into how improve sustain this program. METHODS Review of characteristics from course database survey frequent coaches. RESULTS Out 516 March 2010 June 2015, 117 (23%) individuals volunteered Sixty-one (52%) coached once, 31 (27%) twice, 25 (21%) 3 or more times.
