摘要: The aim of this study is to identify the individual and contextual factors that facilitate or hinder employees’ creativity. However, in paper literature also referring critical impact According creativity’s state art, we focused on based 4P, choosing Person (characteristics creative persons) Place (environmental influence creativity). Considerable research efforts have been invested explore possible connections between these two domains by investigating Hungarian labour market. We found probability a person works workplace twice greater than case non-creative person. This presents requisites so creativity can be developed kind work environment which facilitates organizational created. First, collected presented best practices recruitment-tools help managers hire most applicants. With components, i.e. finding workers securing them friendly environment, business success guaranteed.
