摘要: Amongst large a variety of oncological diseases, malignant gliomas represent one the most severe types tumors. They are also common type brain tumors and account for over half astrocytic According to different sources, average life expectancy patients with various glioblastomas varies between 10 12 months that anaplastic 20 24 months. Therefore, studies physiology transformed glial cells critical development treatment methods. Modern medical approaches offer complex procedures, including microsurgical tumor removal, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, supplemented photodynamic therapy immunotherapy. The radical them is surgical resection, which allows removing largest part tumor, reduces intracranial hypertension, minimizes degree neurological deficit. However, complete removal remains impossible. main limitations insufficient visualization glioma boundaries, due its infiltrative growth, necessity preserve healthy tissue. This review devoted description advantages disadvantages modern intraoperative diagnostics human highlights potential perspectives their treatment.
