摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in social network development from early middle childhood and the relation characteristics school competence. Maternal report 75 children's kin, nonkin adult, friendship networks were collected at 3, 6, 9 years age. Teacher ratings competence obtained years. While children showed changes their over time, expected not found extensive nature network. However, as expected, preference for same-sex friends noted intensified with age into childhood. For girls, but boys, related teacher school.
