摘要: Many kinds of microevolutionary studies require data on multiple polymorphisms in populations. Increasingly, and especially for human populations, research groups collect relevant those are dispersed widely the literature. ALFRED has been designed to hold from many sources make them available over web. Data assembled sources, curated, entered into database. Multiple links other resources also established by curators. A variety search options additional geographic based interfaces being developed. The database can serve anthropologic genetic community identifying what loci already typed populations thereby helping focus efforts a common set markers. as model databases handling similar DNA polymorphism species.
