摘要: TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK), a member the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, is multifunctional cytokine that regulate cellular proliferation, angiogenesis, inflammation, and apoptosis. In this study, we investigated effect TWEAK on human keratinocytes. Primary cultured normal keratinocytes constitutively expressed receptor, fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14 (Fn14), produced regulated activation, T secreted (RANTES) upon stimulation in concentration-dependent manner. The TWEAK-induced RANTES production was abrogated by anti-Fn14 antibody, synergistically augmented simultaneous with transforming factor-β. addition, differentiated vitro high Ca2+-containing medium showed enhanced stimulation. Furthermore, induced rapid phosphorylation IκB-α Collectively, acts as an via Fn14. Because has been implicated TWEAK/Fn14 interaction may be involved pathophysiology inflammatory skin disorders.
