摘要: Materials prepared by sol-gel method combined with drying under supercritical conditions are called aerogels. Titania aerogels appear to be promising photocatalysts. In this study the were synthesized from tetraisopropyl orthotitanate (IZPT) diluted in anhydrous methanol or isopropanol. The properties of titania changed applying various preparation ways. adsorption capability (kinetics and isotherms adsorption) was checked. They revealed a multistep adsorption, characteristic for mesoporous solids. physicochemical catalysts determined using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). photocatalytic tests conducted aqueous solutions 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid p-chlorophenol. results prove that strictly depend on capacity.
