摘要: In this study, the seasonal difference and observable presence/absence of human adenovirus (HAdV) in Puzih River basin Taiwan was investigated. A total 288 water samples were collected from 24 sites March 2014 to February 2015. Human AdV analysis sample subjected viral concentration using a GN-6 Metricel® filter, followed by DNA extraction, nested-PCR, qPCR. detected 34.3 % (99/288) entire river sample. higher percentage HAdV (76.4 %) obtained during winter. The median relatively high fall (1.4 × 10(3) copies/L) winter (2.8 copies/L). Significant correlation found between variation quality parameters, including heterotrophic plate count, coliform, temperature, turbidity. most frequently identified (subgenus F) serotype 41. AdV-41 is main cause gastroenteritis should be considered for associated health risk potential basin.
