摘要: Major depressive disorder is a serious mental that profoundly affects an individual's quality of life. Although the aetiologies underlying this remain unclear, increasing attention has been focused on influence imposed by psychological stress over depression. Despite limited animal models stress, significant progress made as to be explicated in review elucidate physiopathology depression and treat symptoms. Therefore, we will classical along with new methods enrich our knowledge disorder.
