摘要: Abstract Over the past century, natural disasters have been often large-scale and overwhelming catastrophes resulting in irreparable uncontrollable damage. In order to decrease average evacuation travel time reduce casualties, as well improve medical care for vulnerable populations disasters, it is worthwhile look at strategic disaster planning. this paper, an agent-based discrete-event simulation (ABDES) modeling framework based on embedded GIS module developed making no-notice planning improving strategy periodically by using proposed model. Furthermore, examine applicability extensibility of integrated GIS-based ABDES framework, we conduct experiments several practical scenarios city San Francisco California. The can offer decision-makers significant insight traffic assignment configuration resources such vehicles relief facilities that are required complete successfully against disasters.
