摘要: Abstract When mature rats were dosed with 50 ppm fluoride in drinking water, the amount of enamel matrix protein synthesized was depressed, and composition altered. The amino acids present hydrolysates divided into various groupings multivariate statistical analysis used to explore contributions made by these their component to, firstly, overall variation and, secondly, change brought about fluoride. Fluoride significantly increased group charged polar R groups decreased proportion hydrophobic acids. Proline especially histidine a substantial contribution variation, but no acid stood out as being major contributor changes resulting from treatment.
