摘要: As a complement to the clinical development of new anticancer molecules, innovations in therapeutic vectorization aim at solving issues related tumor specificity and associated toxicities. Nanomedicine is rapidly evolving field that offers various solutions increase efficacy safety. Here are presented recent advances for different types nanovectors chemical biological nature, identify best suited translational research projects. These include chemically engineered nanoparticles now come many flavors ‘smart’ drug delivery systems. Alternatives with enhanced biocompatibility better adaptability molecules cell-derived extracellular vesicles micro-organism-derived oncolytic viruses, virus-like particles bacterial minicells. In first part review, we describe their main physical, properties potential personalized modifications. The second focuses on presenting literature use families deliver chemotherapy, radiotherapy, nucleic acid-based therapy, modulation microenvironment immunotherapy. This review will help readers appreciate complexity available most fitting “type” efficient specific diverse therapies.
