Collective modes in the generator coordinate method

摘要: Using the harmonic version of generator coordinate method, and Skyrme interaction, frequencies isoscalar breathing quadrupole modes are related to relevant incompressibility coefficients. The possibility extending this spin is also examined. It found that a coefficient negative for particular set parameter for4He. Other sets produce low positive values these in turn could imply relatively lyingS=2,T=1 state. replacement three-body term by density-dependent one, suggested Chang provides cure pathology.
