摘要: The main aim of the study was to evaluate performance some chromogenic media for detection pathogenic microorganisms in water such as; Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens and Candida albicans . Sensitivity, specificity limit these were studied. A total 140 samples examined; groundwater (40), River Nile surface (70), wastewater (20) marine (10). first purpose sensitivity media; HiCrome Aureus Agar Base (HAA, Himedia, India), M-CP (MCP, India) Differential (HCD, aureus , samples, respectively. second determine media. isolated colonies confirmed using PCR technique. Results showed that rapid, specific sensitive previous different also, a low recovery level examined microorganisms.
