摘要: PURPOSE Our purpose was to present imaging findings of six cases proven or supposed be von Meyenburg complexes (VMCs) with a basis reviewing the pathologic literature and describe points for diagnosis typical VMC along its differential diagnosis. METHOD Six were diagnosed as liver modalities (one had histopathologic proof). Both ultrasound (US) CT available all cases, MRI used three cases. Follow-up US, and/or performed in five RESULTS US detected varying abnormalities livers four revealed multiple numerous intrahepatic tiny (usually < 5 mm) cystoid lesions The scattered throughout livers, some them located more frequently adjacent medium-sized portal veins than hepatic similar size on CT. Moreover, apparently subcapsular areas (up capsules). They usually irregular shape showed no enhancement but increased number by approximately 80-150% after administration intravenous contrast medium. T2-weighted MR images cholangiopancreatography much apparent T1-weighted did. did not show remarkable change lesions. CONCLUSION Despite our limited experience, seem features different from those other small presented contour, up areas, far greater enhanced unenhanced images. long term follow-up imaging. We propose that could made analyzing carefully good understanding basis, is necessary oncology patients.
