摘要: ABSTRACT From a general theory of drying granular porous media, we have constructed simplified that consists set coupled, volume-averaged transport equations for the temperature and saturation. The incorporates liquid vapor phase continuity equations, combines liquid, solid thermal energy into single equation makes use Darcy's law to account moisture owing capillary action. By purely qualitative reasoning, one can show combined heat mass transfer theories cannot provide complete theoretical explanation phenomena detailed comparison between experiment supports this point view. Speculation concerning logical course subsequent studies is provided.
