摘要: An amino acid analysis method using a commercially available analyzer that accurately quantitates protein-derived acids in the 10-100 pmol range is described. The utilizes robotic capability of analyzer's autosampler to perform precolumn derivatization both primary and secondary with o-phthalaldehyde 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate, respectively. derivatized are then separated on C-18 reverse-phase column quantitated single run by fluorescence detection. characterization beta-lactoglobulin two tryptic peptides from bacterial enzyme diaminopimelic epimerase used demonstrate sensitivity utility this method.
