摘要: A microwave Doppler radar for continuously monitoring time-varying biological impedances is described. The compares the phase of signal scattered from a region tissue with that transmitted signal. changes are an indication net impedance within test due to various physiological processes, e.g. displacements blood vessels during cardiac cycle. radar, equipped matched antenna, was tested simulation model and its detection characteristics found be sinusoidal function antenna-object spacing. Tests helathy human subjects were also performed at 3 GHz 10.5 GHz. It has significantly greater penetration in tissues but less sensitive than system.
