摘要: Unilateral condylar hyperactivity is a growth disorder which characterised by progressive asymmetry in the mandibula and some cases also secondarily maxilla. Various forms are hemimandibular hyperplasia, elongation hybridform. In deciding on plan of treatment, it important to determine whether there question continuous and/or excessive activity, possibly with help skeletal scintigraphy.
