摘要: BACKGROUND Human adipose-derived stromal cells possess a great potential for tissue engineering purposes. The authors' laboratory is interested in harnessing human skeletal regeneration and identifying those factors that enhance cell osteogenic differentiation. authors hypothesized insulin-like growth factor (IGF) platelet-derived (PDGF) would stimulate osteogenesis IGF adipogenesis. METHODS Adipose-derived were harvested from lipoaspirate.
