摘要: Ergodic Spectrum Management (ESM)’s basic features are introduced as a cloud-based management of wireless connectivity that targets improvement internet-user’s quality experience. (or ESM) learns and exploits near-ergodicity, or time-consistency, to improve communication-link connection’s stable efficient use in time, space, frequency; while using consumer experience the target metric. ESM methods can also existing radio resource management, particularly advancing unlicensed spectrum-use efficiency levels at exceeding those associated with licensed spectra, shown herein. ESM’s learned probability distributions’ dimensional (time, frequency) consistencies enables latency-insensitive remote-cloud-based be applied multi-user transmission. developed for 3 increasingly more effective stages correspondingly rely on data collection functional-profile (policy) guidance physical-layer design choices. application either both future unlicensed- licensed-spectra networks is suggested means overall performance. Examples field provided show potential very large improvements system connectivity, throughput,
