摘要: Abstract This work explores the machinability and sustainability of newly developed environment-friendly hybrid techniques for Ti-6Al-4V turning in terms energy consumption, surface finish, machining costs. Performances obtained under namely cryogenic-ultrasonic assisted cryogenic-ultrasonic-minimum quantity lubrication are compared with cryogenic technique. Energy consumption processes is assessed consumed by machine tool, active cutting energy, efficiency. Results show that tool decreased up to 1.8–3.6% using as An increase efficiency values observed at higher levels input process parameters all three techniques. Average roughness 32%–42% A index, i.e., relative used quantify operations. The results a significant role technologies industry meet energy-saving goals without compromising product quality.
