摘要: Here, we present a photodegradable microparticle system that can be employed to entrap and deliver bioactive proteins cells during culture. By using photosensitive delivery system, experimenters achieve wide variety of spatiotemporally regulated release profiles with single formulation, thereby enabling one probe many questions as how protein presentation manipulated regulate cell function. Photodegradable microparticles were synthesized via inverse suspension polymerization mean diameter 22 μm, degradation was demonstrated upon exposure several irradiation conditions. The protein-loaded depots incorporated into cultures quantified the photodegradation process. This phototriggered allowed for TGF-β1 stimulate PE25 fluorescently labeled Annexin V assay apoptotic 3T3 fibroblasts incorporating these photoresponsive culture, new types experiments are now possible test hypotheses about individual or multiple soluble factors might affect function when presented in uniform, temporally varying, gradient manner.
